<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The six neighborhoods specified in the attached drawing are hereby approved for <br />inclusion in the 1996 Pavement Management Program. <br /> <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works Director for study and he <br />is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson P. <br />Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, P. <br />Johnson, and Goedeke, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, do <br />hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 28th day of August, 1995, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true, and complete transcript insofar as <br />the same relates to 1996 Pavement Management Program improvements for Neighborhoods 14, <br />16,21,24,28, and 37. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 28th day of August, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
