Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: June 12, 1978 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 12th day of June, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and councilmen Kehr, Anderson, Franke and Curley, and the following were absent: None. Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6671 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVI9ING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-78-l6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted May 8, 1978, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on County Road C from Cleveland Avenue, west to the west city limits, and Cleveland Avenue from County Road C to a point 350 feet south of the centerline of County Road C by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, traffic signal, bituminous surfacing, right-of-way acquisition, and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- ment. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been sub- mitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The Improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P- 78-16.
