<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMEmT NO. SS-W-ST-P-78-l6 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the lOth day of July, 1978, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-78-l6 on County Road C from Cleveland <br />Avenue, west to the west city limits, and Cleveland Avenue from <br />County Road C to a point 350 feet south of the centerline of <br />County Road C by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, traffic signal, bituminous <br />surfacing, right-of-way acquisition, and necessary appurtenances. <br />The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a prelimi- <br />nary engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The improvement is being constructed in conjunction with <br />the Counties of Ramsey and Hennepin and its total cost is <br />presently estimated at $1,800,448, of which Rosevi11e's share <br />is approximately $175,034.00. The area proposed to be assessed <br />for the improvement within the City of Roseville shall be the <br />following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting County Road C <br />from Cleveland Avenue, west to the west <br />city limits, and all that property abutting <br />Cleveland Avenue from County Road C to a <br />point 350 feet south of the centerline of <br />County Road C. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: June 12, 1978 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
