E2cr'RACI' OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOI'A - HELD June 26, 1978 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Poseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 26th day of June, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The fOllCMing nenbers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilmen Anderson, Franke, Curley and Kehr and the follCMing nenber was absent: None. M=nber Anderson introduced the follCMing resolution and lTOved its adoption: RESOLUl'ION NO. 6672 WHEREAS, the Poseville City Council at its May 8, 1978 meeting approved George Peiling's request for preliminary plat "Northridge Plat 4" between Josephine Poad, County Poad C-2, Lexington and r-Errill with the fOllCMing conditions: 1. That if the Rice Creek Watershed District has not decided by I:ecenber 31, 1978 to construct the storm water conversion project, that adequate pending for a 10 year storm be con- structed by the developers, and that if the Watershed District has nade no decision by I:ecenber 31, 1982, that adequate pend- ing for a 100 year storm be oonstructed by the developer. 2. 'Ihat the necessary utility easements be provided. 3. That Lots 1 thru 9, Block 1, of M..1rlCMSki' s plat and all lots other than Lots 1 thru 6 and 10 and 11, Block 3 of Peiling's plat not be built on until the Rice Creek Watershed District has decided to construct a storm water diversion project. 4. 'Ihat the required dedication of right-of-way be provided as designated on the preliminary plat. WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a public hearing was conducted on Mr. Peiling' s request for final plat approval; and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving subdivision plats,
