I have the affidavit of publication and
Certificate of Hailing the Notice of Hearing on this project.

~"R. HONCHELL.. This project is for toe proposed construc-
tion of street liqhting on ~renner Avenue and Evelyn Street.
The proposal \\1ould be to have two di fferent arrangements - t"TO
alternatives to be considered by the Council tonight. This is
because we have had some input from the citizens that they
desire to have a heavier level of lighting than the original
proposal envisionec.

This petition "Tas signed by 69% of the property o,"mers
involved that would be assessed. The overhead projection
you're looking at is a little confusing, we agree, but this is
not an easy one to depict. The small yellow circles at the
corner of Cleveland and Brenner and County Roa~ Q and Evelyn
are t,"J'O street lights "7hich are not there today. This one is
slightly - about one lot do,^m, and "roulc1 be moved to tl-tat
location. (Inaucible) other one would be placed. There wouln
be no expense to these lights. The reason for this is that
the City has a policy that says on corners and in mid-blocks
