<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County# Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, the 10th day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 1978, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor ~s, Councilrren <br />Anderson, Kehr, Curley and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Counc i Iman Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. hh7Q <br /> <br />RESOLtn'ION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-J?-77-7 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-77-7 of the City of Roseville consisting of the instal- <br />lation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary <br />appurtenances on Mount Ridge Road from County Road D to <br />Brennar Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ 58,783.55 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 10,412.45 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 69,]96.00 , and of this cost the City will pay $ -Q- <br />as its share of the cost. <br />
