<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />city Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, the lOth day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, 1978, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor I:51oS, Councilrren <br />Anderson, Kehr, Curley and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: NOne <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLt1rION NO. 6682 <br /> <br />RESOLt1rION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. UL-77-l0 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Improvement No. UL-77-l0 of the City of Roseville <br />has been completed consisting of the installation of ornamental <br />street lights on Galtier Circle from Transit Avenue to end of <br />cul-de-sac, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ 702.24 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 70.22 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 77' 4h , and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- <br />as its share of the cost. <br />
