<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, t.he lOth day of July <br /> <br />, 1978, at 7~30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor raros, Council.nen <br />Anderson, Kehr, Curley arrl Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: NOne <br /> <br />Counc i lman Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adpption: <br /> <br />RESOLt11'ION NO. .6.6.65 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. UL-77-2l <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORJIltRING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Improvement No. UL-77-2l of the City of Roseville <br />has been completed, consisting of the installation of street <br />~i9hts on Grandview Avenue from Matilda Street east approximately <br />500 feet 1 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ 1.161.35 and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$ 9].65 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 1 253 00 ' and of this cost the City will pay. -0- <br />as its share of the cost. <br />
