<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />city Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said <br /> <br />City on Monday, the lOth day of Julv <br /> <br />, 1978, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Derros, CO\.mcilnen <br />CUrley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: NOne <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />1ution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLt1.rION NO. .Q.2ID3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. ST-78-3 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. ST-78-3 <br />of the City of Roseville consisting of the installation of storm <br />sewer and necessary appurtenances on South Owasso Boulevard be- <br />tween Kent Street and Sandy Hook Drive, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal <br />notice relating to the original hearing on the improvement and <br />the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such <br />improvement is $ 17 ??4 nn and the other expenses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to <br />$3,703.16 so that the total cost of the improvement will be <br />$ 20.927 16 ' and of this cost the City will pay $ 1?,~OR q? <br />as its share of the cost. <br />
