<br />Extract of Hinutes of Heating <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Uinnesota <br /> <br />July ~, 1978 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />i:'linnesota, was held in the City Hall on July ~, 1978, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor r:enos, Council.Iren <br />Anderson, Keh.r, Curley and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent ~ None <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br />assessment roll for Improvement 55-77-26 prepared by him with <br /> <br />the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed by <br /> <br />the Council on July 10, 1978, and reported that the assessment <br /> <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />then introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6700 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSNENT <br />FOR IHPROVEMENT NO. 55-77-26 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. <br />now on file and open to pUblic inspection in the office of the <br />City Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed to pub- <br />lish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the <br />proposed assessment on August 15, 1978, at the City Hall, 2660 <br />Civic Center Drive, in the City of Rosevi11e, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the <br />meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area pro- <br />posed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that <br />the proposed assessment roll is on file ,d th the !1anager, and <br />that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner <br />
