<br />Extract of Minutes of '~etina <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />July .J..(L, 1978 <br /> <br />A regular rneetinq of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />11innesota, was held in the City Hall on July ~? 1978, at 7~30 <br />o'clock porn. <br /> <br />The follmdng members were r:>resent~ Mayor raoos, Council.nen <br />Anderson, Kehr, Curley and Franke <br /> <br />and the follm-ling were absent~ None <br /> <br />The Ci ty r~anaqer presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-~- <br /> <br />-76-23 pre~ared by <br /> <br />him with the assistance of the City Public Norks Director as <br />directed by the Council on July 10, 1978, and reported that <br /> <br />the assessment roll is now on file in his office anf open to <br /> <br />public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />then introduced the follo~1inq reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6701 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARIT_-JG <br />Ol't THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />FOR IM.PROVENENT NO. 55-N- ~76-23 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. SS-W- <br />-76-23 now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the City r'1anager, is approved, and t.'I1e Hanager is <br />directed to pw)lish and mail notice that the Council will meet <br />to consider the proposed assessment on August 15, 1978, at the <br />City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, <br />at 7~30 o'clock p.m. The notice s'l1all state the date, time <br />and place of the meeting, the general nature of said improve- <br />ment, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the <br />
