<br />that the proposed assessment roll is on file l.Ji th the 11anager, <br />and that written or oral objections thereto by any property <br />owner will be considered. It shall be published in the official <br />newspaper of the City at least once, and shall he mailed to the <br />owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less <br />than t't'lO l>leeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the <br />purpose of such-- mailed notice, m"ners of said parcels shall <br />be those ShOl~ as such on the records of the County Treasurer. <br />Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records <br />(other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed <br />on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such <br />mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that the <br />County Treasurer include his name on the records for this pur- <br />pose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman CUrley <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the folloldng voted in favor thereof~ All present <br />and the following voted against the same~ NOne <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
