<br />EXTRACT OF MINUI'ES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF OC\SEVILLE, MINNESarA - HElD July 24, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City CmIDcil of the City of Ibseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 24th day of <br />July, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />'!he follcwing nerrbers were present: Mayor IEros, <br />Councilrren Franke, Curley, Kehr and Anderson <br /> <br />and the follcwingrrenber was absent: None. <br /> <br />M:mber Anderson introducted the follcwing resolution <br />and rroved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6707 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its rreeting of <br />June 12, 1978, approved Jean Parranto's request for prelirninm:y <br />plat at 2850 Fairview Avenue, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official news- <br />paper, a public hearing was conducted on Mr. Parranto' s request for <br />final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution <br />approving subdi visi<!>n plats, <br /> <br />NeW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Jean Parranto's <br />request for final plat at 2850 Fairview Avenue is approved. <br /> <br />'Ihe rrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council rrenber Kehr and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the follcwing voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
