<br />NHEREAS, it appears that Hardri~, Inc. <br />of MLnneatX)lis, Mlnneeota is the lo,"est responsible <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ 104, 1~5. '75 <br />NOtl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to enter into a contract with <br /> <br />HA'l"iirl UAS , Tnt"!_ <br /> <br />for $ 104,1;'1.75 in the name of the City of Roseville <br />for the above improvements according to the plans and specifi- <br />cations thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />AlIi and the fOllowing voted against the same: Nonei whereupon <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
