<br />Extract of Binutes of Heeting <br />of the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, r1innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on rronday, the 24th day <br /> <br />of July, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6709 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENTS SS-W-P-77-3, SS-W-P-78-7, AND SS-W-P-78-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on June 12, 1978, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for said improvement and has presented <br /> <br />such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be in- <br />serted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement for the improvements shall be published as required <br />by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids <br />on the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that <br />
