<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, September 11, 1995, at <br />5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9220 <br /> <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT NO. 73849 <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 AND SNELLING AVENUE, CITY PROJECT 94-10 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Rose vi lie enter into Traffic Control Signal Agreement No. <br />73849 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to- <br />wit: <br /> <br />To provide for cost participation by the State of Minnesota in the construction of the traffic <br />control signal at the intersection of County Road C-2 and Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute such agreement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. <br />Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
