<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON <br />AUGUST 14, 1978 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on the 14th day of August, 1978, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Kehr, Franke and Curley <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6711 <br /> <br />APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO CONNECT PUBLIC FACILITIES <br />TO THE METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL TRUNK SEWER SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has under <br />its jurisdiction an existing trunk sewer running along Fernwood Street <br />right of way south of Josephine Road in the City of Rosevi11e and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the city's comprehensive sewer <br />plan, it is necessary to make connections to this r.1etropo1ican Waste <br />Control sewer and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain a permit for such connections. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Rosevi 11 e Di rector of <br /> <br />Public Works be authorized to submit an application to the r1etropo1itan <br />Waste Control COlTlnission for a permit to connect public facilities to the <br /> <br />Metropolitan Waste Control trunk sewer on Fernwood Street, south of Josephine <br />Road in accordance with the Rosevi11e Comprehensive Sewer Plan. <br />
