<br />HHEREAS it appears that Orfei & Sons, Ine. <br />of St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ 249,471.66 <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Rosevi1le, ~iJ.innesota: <br />1. The I1ayor and Hanager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with Orfei & Sons, Ine. <br />for $ 249.471.66 in the name of <br />the City of Rosevil1e for the above improvement according to <br />the plans and specifieations thereof heretofore approved by <br />the City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Rehr and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: All pmsent <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
