<br />Extract of llinutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 28, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, ttinnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br />of August, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Anderson, Kehr and Franke~ and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the public assessment hearing on <br /> <br />August 15, 1978, Councilman Kehr then introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6720 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIm1ING <br />ASSESSrmNTS FOR IMPROVE!~NT NO. UL-77-2l <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Hinnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially <br />assessed at this time for Improvement No. UL-77-2l against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has <br />been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard <br />to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of l1inne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has been duly <br />mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council <br />would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objections, if <br />any, and said proposed assessment has at all times since its <br />filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity has <br />been given to all interested persons to present their objections, <br />if any, to such proposed assessments. <br /> <br />2. This Council, having heard and considered all objec- <br />tions so presented, and being fully advised in the premises, <br />
