EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City ofRoseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of September, 1995, at 5 :30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None.
