EXL'RACl' OF MINUTES OF MEErr'ING OF THE CITY' COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOI'A - HELD Septerrber 11, 1978 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 11th day of September, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. 'Ihe follCMing rrerrbers were present: Mayor Derros, Counci1.rren Franke, CUrley, Anderson and Kehr and the follCMing rrerrber was absent: None M:mber Anderson introduced the follCMing resolution and noved its adoption: RE'SOLtJrION NO. 6730 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its July 10, 1978 meeting approved Dayton I:eveloprrent' s request for preli.m:inary plat at 1705 STH 36, and WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a public hearing was conducted on Dayton I:eveloprrent' s request for final plat approval; and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving subdivision plats, NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT Dayton I:eveloprrent' s request for final plat at 1705 STH 36 is approved. 'Ihe notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council rrenber Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follCMing voted in favor: All present and the follCMing voted against: None. WHERElJPCN, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
