<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, 11innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11th <br />day of September, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 6731 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND AUTHORIZING RAMSEY COUNTY <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS ON IMPROVE}mNT M-78-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on April 10, 1978, the City Public Works Director has prepared <br />~!ans and specifications for Improvement M-78-4 and has pre- <br /> <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROS~VILLE, <br /> <br />rUNNESOTA: <br /> <br />Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved <br />and Ramsey County is authorized to advertise for bids. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: All; and <br />
