EXTRACI' OF MrnUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOl'A - HElD SEPI'EMBER 25, 1978 * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall in said City on the 25th day of Septenber, 1978. The follo.ving nenbers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilrren Kehr, Franke, Curley and Anderson and the follo.ving were absent: None M:mber Curley introduced the follo.ving resolution and noved its adoption: RESOLUI'ION NO. 6733 WHEREAS, the lbseville City Council at its rreeting of August 14, 1978, approved Henry Przybella I s request for preliminary plat at 247 County Road B; and WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a public hearing was conducted on Henry Przybella IS request for final plat approval; and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving subdivision plats, NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Henry Przybella IS request for final plat at 247 County Road B is approved. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by M:mber Anderson and upon a vote being taken there- on, the follONing voted in favor: All present and the follo.ving voted against sarre: None WHEREUPCN, said resolution was declared duly Passed and adopted.
