<br />Extract of !-linutes of H.eeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 25th day <br />of September, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke~ and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 6734 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REDUCING THE SCOPE <br />OF IMPROVEMENT UL-78-l3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 10, 1978, the City Council adopted a <br />resolution ordering the construction of Improvement UL-78-l3, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that time the Council has been petitioned <br />to reduce the scope of ~le improvement by eliminatin~ the <br />installation of one street light. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the scope of Improvement <br />UL-78-13 be reduced by eliminating the installation of one <br />street light. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being <br />
