EXTRACI' OF MINUI'ES OF MEETING OF THE CITY' COUNCIL OF ROSEVIILE, MINNESOrA, HELD SEPTEMBER 25, 1978 * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Foseville, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on MJnday, the 25th day of Septenber 1978, at 7:30 P.M. '!he following nerrbers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilmen Kehr, Franke, CUrley and Anderson and the following were absent: rbne. M:mber Franke introduced the following resolution and roved its adoption: RESOLtJrION NO. 6737 RESOLtJrICN DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDI'IOR 'IO REDUCE 'IHE ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR GOLF COURSE BCNDS, WATER IMPROVEMENT BCNDS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BCNDS AND GENERAL IMPROVEMENI' BCNDS WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $21,400 in the Golf Course Debt Fetirerrent Fund resulting in the transfer of $21,400 from revenues received from the Golf Course Operations; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $170,000 in the Water Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated and in the transfer of revenues received from the Water Operating Fund; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $94,100 in the Sanitary Se.wer Debt Retirement Fund resulting fran greater special assessments received than anticipated; WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $125,000 in General Inprovenent Debt Retirement Fund resulting from greater special assessments received than anticipated, and balances from conpleted construction funds; NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF rosEVIILE, MINNESarA, that 1.
