<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of September, 1995 at <br />5:30 p.m. <br />The following were present: <br />Johnson <br />Member Goedeke <br /> <br />P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. <br />, and the following were absent: None. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9223 <br />RESOLUTION OF ANNUAL ADOPTION OF STREET TREE PLANTING PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville recognizes the value of trees in providing a clean and <br />healthy environment, reducing energy consumption, beautifying our community; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville desires to protect and enlarge the community forestation for <br />the current residents and future generations. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Roseville that the <br />Street Tree Plan dated September, 1995 is adopted. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Wis~i <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Mastpl. <br />wi ski, Goedeke, and V.
