EXTRACT OF MINU'IES OF MEEl'ING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVlILE, MINNESarA HELD NOVEMBER 13, 1978 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on M:mday, the 13th day of November, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. 'Ihe following rrenbers were present: Mayor Derros, Councilrren Franke, Kehr, Anderson and CUrley and the following were absent: None. Councilman Curley introduced and noved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLlJrION NO. 6748 WHEREAS, the residents of Highcrest Road from County Road C-2 to County Road D have requested that the roadway be up- graded and WHEREAS, Highcrest Road is a boundary line street between the City of Roseville and the City of St. Anthony, it has been determined that a joint powers agreerrent should be prepared; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to sign a joint powers agreerrent with the City of St. Anthony to establish responsibilities in conjunction with the potential inproverrents of Highcrest Road between County Road C-2 and County Road D, identified as Improverrent P-78-l5. 'Ihe notion was seconded by Councilman Franke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None . WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
