EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF MEEI'ING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HElD DECEMBER 4, 1978 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of the City Council of the City of Poseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 4th day of Decenber, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. The follCMing rrerrbers were present: Mayor Dem:>s, CouncilIren CUrley, Franke, Kehr and Anderson and the follCMing were absent: None M=rrber Kehr introduced the follCMing resolution and rroved its adoption: RFSOLtJrION NO. 6751 WHEREAS, the Ibseville City Council at its Cctaber 23, 1978 rreeting approved Carl ~nger's request for preliminary plat at 2941 Victoria, and WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspap:r, a public hearing was conducted on Mr. ~nger' s request for final plat approval; and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving subdivision plats, NCW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. ~nger' s request for final plat at 2941 Victoria is approved. '!he rrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council rrember Anderson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follCMing voted in favor: All present and the fOllCMing voted against sane: None. WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
