EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DEC. 4, 1978 * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, December 4, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Anderson and the following were absent: None Member Anderson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6756 WHEREAS, on June 2, 1978, the Minnesota Municipal Screening Committee passed a resolution mandating the establishment of a multi- year Capital Improvement Program for portions of the Municipal State Aid System under the jurisdiction of the City and, WHEREAS, this is considered to be a good planning procedure by the City of Roseville to bring the Municipal State Aid System up to the required standard. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville does hereby establish its official multi-year Capital Improvement Program for the Minnesota State Aid Roadway System/the list and schedule of said improvements identified as attachment "A" dated October 29, 1978. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution/including the aforementioned attachment "A",to the Minnesota Department of Highways for their use. The motion for the adoption of the duly seconded by Council member Kehr taken the following voted in favor thereof: foregoing resolution was and upon a vote being All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
