<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD DEC. 4, 1978 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, December 4, 1978, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Curley, Franke, Kehr and Anderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Anderson introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6756 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 2, 1978, the Minnesota Municipal Screening <br />Committee passed a resolution mandating the establishment of a multi- <br />year Capital Improvement Program for portions of the Municipal State <br />Aid System under the jurisdiction of the City and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this is considered to be a good planning procedure <br />by the City of Roseville to bring the Municipal State Aid System up to <br />the required standard. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville <br />does hereby establish its official multi-year Capital Improvement <br />Program for the Minnesota State Aid Roadway System/the list and <br />schedule of said improvements identified as attachment "A" dated <br />October 29, 1978. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is <br />hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution/including the aforementioned attachment "A",to the Minnesota <br />Department of Highways for their use. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the <br />duly seconded by Council member Kehr <br />taken the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />foregoing resolution was <br />and upon a vote being <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
