<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of <br />September, 1995 5:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel moved that the following resolution be adopted. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9225 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE VACATING OF <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS 15-22-11B <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville met on September <br />25, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. in the place specified in a notice duly published and <br />posted as required by law and heard all interested persons; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the interest of the public that said <br />easements be vacated; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />That the following easements in the City of Roseville, as the same are now <br />dedicated and laid out, be and the same hereby are vacated and discontinued as <br />pubic easements: <br /> <br />1. That part of Document number 1531551 dated March 6, 1961 described as <br />follows: That part of the Southerly 30.0 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter and the Northerly 30.0 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />
