<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of September, <br />1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. <br />Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9226 <br /> <br />Resolution encouraging Kettler Construction to work with two island <br />property owners northeast of proposed Rosetown preliminary plat. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Codes encourage <br />consistent design and compatible land use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Rosetown preliminary plat proposed by Kettler Construction does not <br />include three adjacent areas (six parcels) to the northwest and northeast of the preliminary <br />plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the northeast owners (Boothe and Britz) of the two adjacent properties have <br />indicated a willingness to sell property for inclusion in the new plat; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer has expressed an interest in discussing acquisition plans with <br />the four property owners at the northwest corner of the preliminary plat; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />hereby requests Kettler Construction to confer with adjoining northeast owners Boothe <br />and Britz to make every reasonable effort to include these parcels in the final P.U.D. and <br />plat. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />requests Kettler Construction to confer with the four northwest parcel owners to attempt <br />to include all properties into the new plat or develop contingencies to be included at a later <br />date, and to report such progress to the City Council at the time final approval of the <br />P.U.D. and plat are requested. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. <br />Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the <br />same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
