EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25th day of September, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9226 Resolution encouraging Kettler Construction to work with two island property owners northeast of proposed Rosetown preliminary plat. WHEREAS, the City of Roseville Comprehensive Plan and Land Use Codes encourage consistent design and compatible land use; and WHEREAS, the Rosetown preliminary plat proposed by Kettler Construction does not include three adjacent areas (six parcels) to the northwest and northeast of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the northeast owners (Boothe and Britz) of the two adjacent properties have indicated a willingness to sell property for inclusion in the new plat; and WHEREAS, the developer has expressed an interest in discussing acquisition plans with the four property owners at the northwest corner of the preliminary plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby requests Kettler Construction to confer with adjoining northeast owners Boothe and Britz to make every reasonable effort to include these parcels in the final P.U.D. and plat. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby requests Kettler Construction to confer with the four northwest parcel owners to attempt to include all properties into the new plat or develop contingencies to be included at a later date, and to report such progress to the City Council at the time final approval of the P.U.D. and plat are requested. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Wiski, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
