<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, HELD ON JANUARY 8, 1979 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the city hall in said city on January 8, 1979. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Kehr, Anderson, CUrley and Franke <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br />Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6774 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO CANCELING ASSESSMENTS <br />ON PROPERTY DEEDED TO THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll was filed and certified to the County <br />of Ramsey for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected <br />along with real estate taxes, and <br />WHEREAS, the parcel of property was acquired for road,right-of-way <br />purpose on August 2, 1967, and was entitled to exempt classification on <br />January 2, 1967, and by Statute of the State of Minnesota. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville. as follows: <br />The entire balance of assessments for the special improvement known <br />as Water Improvement 62-2. 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 (County Auditor No. 374) are <br />hereby canceled for parcel code number 79-01000-020-02. <br />
