<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br /> <br />January 22, 1979 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on January 22, 1979, <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following rrenbers were present: Mayor Derros, Counci1rren <br />Anderson, Curley, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />M:mber Anderson introduced the following resolution <br />and noved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6777 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Corrmissions of Ramsey County <br />by resolution dated SepteIrber 26, 1978, classified as non-conservation <br />land, certain land lying within the limits of the City of Roseville; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certified copy of the classification resolution, <br />together with a list of the land classified has been submitted for <br />approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accord- <br />ance with MSA, Section 292.01, Sub. 1.; <br /> <br />NeW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classification of the <br />land shown on said list as non-conservation land and the sale thereof <br />be and hereby is approved; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and hereby is <br />authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of <br />the Land Corrmissioner. <br /> <br />The notion for the adoption of said resolution was duly <br />seconded by Merrber Curley and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
