<br />EXTFACI' OF NINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CI'lY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESarA - HELD <br /> <br />January 22, 1979 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Ninnesota, <br />on the 22nd day of January, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />'!he following menbers were present: Mayor J:erros, <br />C01.mcilrren Anderson, curley, Franke and Kehr <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />~ JS.nde1:Son <br />, noved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLlJrION NO. <br /> <br />6778 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State <br />of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a budget and <br />establish employee co:rrpensation for the fiscal year beginning Jan- <br />uary 1, 1979 and ending December 31, 1979; <br /> <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adjusts <br />and updates the Compensation Plan in the Roseville Program for Super- <br />visory-Administrati ve-Managenent positions at the rate of 7.0%. <br /> <br />The rrotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by M:mber Franke and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against sane: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESarA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have corrpared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a <br /> <br />... <br />
