It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendments are just and <br />equitable to said proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of <br />said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Goedeke <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P.
