<br />Extract of l1inutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />January 22, 1979 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd day of <br />January, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the fOllowing resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6779 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. SS-W-P-78-31 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all <br />owners of the real property on Brenner Court from Old Highway 8 <br /> <br />northwest to end of cul-de-sac in the City of Roseville <br />requesting that the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, necessary <br /> <br />drainage and necessary appurtenances at said location and <br />requesting that the entire cost of said improvement be assessed <br />against their property; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />November 13, 1978, a report has been prepared by the City <br /> <br />Public Works Director with reference to the improvement, and <br />
