<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON II~ROVEMENT NO. P-78-l5 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 28th day of February, 1979, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-78-l5, including all that property generally <br />in the area of Highcrest from County Road D to County Road C-2 <br />by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous <br />surfacing, drainage, and necessary appurtenances. The improve- <br />ment is to be completed in conjunction with the City of St. <br />Anthony. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The total cost of the improvement is presently estimated <br />at $267,000.51, of which Roseville's share will be approxi- <br />mately $137,388.6l. The area proposed to be assessed for the <br />improvement shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Highcrest <br />from County Road D to County Road C-2. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 12, 1979 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
