22 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-P-78-390UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. ST-P-78-3;Onorth of a line 450 feet north of County Road C, and south of a line 300 feet north of Terrace Drive, west of Mackubin Street and east of St. Albans Street by the con- struction of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $198,750.13, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and ha~g considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, fue Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be con- structed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area pro- posed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as de- scribed in the Notice of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
