EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COONCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVIIJ.E, MINNESal'A - HELD February 12, 1979 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular neeting of the City Cotmcil of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City of the 12th day of February, 1979, at 7:30 P.M. The follCMing nerrbers were present: Mayor ISros, CotmcilIren Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson and the follCMing were absent: None. ~r Anderson introduced the follCMing resolution and rroved its adoption: RESOLurION NO. 6783 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Cotmcil at its D=cerrber 18, 1978 rreeting approved Connelly and Canpion' s request for preliminary plat at 1870 Al ta Vista Drive, and WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official news- paper, a public hearing was conducted on Connelly and Canpion' s request for final plat approval; and WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution approving subdivision plats, NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Connelly and Canpion' s request for final plat at 1870 Alta Vista Drive be approved. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by M:mber Kehr and upon a vote being taken thereon, the follCMing voted in favor: All present and the follCMing voted against sane: None. WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
