<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD February 12, 1979 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />said City on the 12th day of~ebruary , 197~, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />CUrley, Kehr, Franke, Anderson <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: N <br />one <br />Hember CUrley introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Mayor Derros, Council.rren <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6784 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the <br />City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not <br />a certain easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated, <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of certain new routes for <br />the water main and sewer main previously located on the easement, <br />it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said <br />interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the <br />underground utility easement over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 69 feet of the North 153.4 feet of the <br />West 16 feet of the East 30 feet, Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Hillsborough Second Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Kehr <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of <br />the Resolution: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br />
