<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-78-l4 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 28th day of February, 1979, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. ST-78-l4, including all that property generally <br />in the area bounded on the west by Hamline Avenue: on the east <br />by Dunlap extended to County Road C; on the north by County <br />Road C: and on the south by Oakcrest Avenue, by the installa- <br />tion of storm sewer and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing <br />is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$31,812.72. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />Commencing at the center lines of Hamline Avenue and <br />the Burlington Northern Railway tracks thence south- <br />easterly along said tracks to a point 330 feet more <br />or less east of the west line of the NE 1/4 of the <br />NE 1/4 Section 10 Town 29 Range 23: thence south and <br />parallel to said 1/4, l/4 line to a point on the <br />north line of Lot 1 Block 2 T.M. Connor Plat, said <br />point being 90 feet more or less east of the north- <br />west corner of said Lot 1; thence west to said <br />northwest corner of Lot li thence south to the <br />northeast corner of Lot 5 Block 2 of said plat: <br />thence west and northwesterly to the southwest <br />corner of Lot 9 Block 2 of said plat: thence con- <br />tinue on the same line to the center of Fernwood <br />Street thence south on said center line to a point, <br />said point being the easterly extended north line <br />of Lot 4 Block 3 T.M. Connor Plat: thence westerly <br />along said extended line to the northwest corner of <br />said Lot 4; thence north and northeasterly to a <br />point on the east lot line of Lot 10 Block 3 of <br />said plat said point being 90 feet more or less <br />north of the southeast of said Lot 10; thence <br />west to a point on the west line of Lot 8 Block 3 <br />of said plat, said point being 88.185 feet north <br />of the southwest corner of said Lot 8; thence west <br />to the center line of De1lwood Street; thence north <br />to a point on said center line 100 feet south of <br />the centerline of Rose Place; thence west 230 <br />feet; thence north lOO feet; thence east 65.07 feet <br />
