<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-78-29 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 28th day of February, 1979, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-78-29, including all that property <br />bounded by Snelling Avenue on the west, Hamline Avenue on the <br />east, Lydia on the north and Centennial Drive on the south by <br />the installation of extension of sanitary sewer services, <br />water services, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, bitumi- <br />nous paving and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all <br />SUbstantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$301,125.65. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />Commencing at the center lines of County Road C-2 and <br />Hamline Avenue; thence South along the centerline of <br />said Hamline Avenue 110 feet; thence West 378 feet <br />more or less to the Southeast corner of Lot 7, <br />Block I, Michels Centennial Addition; thence West <br />along the South line of said Lot 7 extended, to the <br />Northwest corner of Lot 10 of said Addition; thence <br />South along the West line of said Lot 10 to the <br />Southeast corner of Lot II of said Addition; thence <br />West along the South line of said Lot 11 extended <br />West to the Southwest corner of Block 1, Michels <br />Centennial Addition; thence North 164 feet more or <br />less to the Southeast corner of Lot I, Block 1 of <br />Sun Realty's Centennial Terrace; thence West along <br />the extended South line of said Lot 1 to the center- <br />line of Arona Street; thence South along said <br />centerline 268.5 feet; thence West to the Southwest <br />corner of Lot 4, Block 1, Rosette Addition; thence <br />North along the West line of said Lot 4 extended to <br />the centerline of County Road C-2; thence West <br />along said centerline 180.39 feet more or less to <br />a point 33 feet South of the Southwest corner of <br />Lot 12, Block 1, Roseville Terrace Plat 1; thence <br />North 33 feet to said Southwest corner of Block 1, <br />Roseville Terrace Plat 1; thence North along the <br />West line of said Lot 12, Block l, Roseville <br />Terrace Plat l, to the Northwest corner of Lot 2 <br />of said Block 1, Roseville Terrace Plat l; thence <br />East along the North line of said Lot 2 extended <br />
