EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD FEBRUARY 12, 1979 * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, February 12, 1979, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson Ma.ym- Lenos, Counci1rren and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6787 WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e that it is necessary to construct a public pathway along COUNTY ROAD B IN FRONT OF LOTS 1 AND 3, BLOCK 1 OF LABELLE'S SECOND ADDITION and, WHEREAS, there is not adequate area inside the public right of way to construct said pathway. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the easement agreement providing a fifteen (15) foot pathway easement on the south portion of Lots1 and 3, Block 1, LaBelle's Second Addition; instnuct the City Attorney to record said easement at the county and authorize the Mayor and Manager to sign the easement in be- half of the City of Roseville. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Kehr and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor thereof: All t presen and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
