EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD February 26, 1979 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met at the City Hall on Monday, February 26, 1979 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Kehr, Franke and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6790 WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has previously approved a $10,00 9 Planning Assistance Grant for the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, the City is now eligible for an additional grant of $4,432; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to sign the first amendment to the Planning Assistance Grant Agreement between the Metropolitan Council and the City of Roseville, increasing the total grant amount to $14,441. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON, the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
