<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA -HELD April 9, 1979 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 9, 1979, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Council <br />Members Kehr, Curley, Anderson, and Franke. <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member Anderson introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />6798-A <br /> <br />WHEREAS Western Avenue <br /> <br />from. County Road B-2 <br /> <br />to County Road C <br /> <br />is a Municipal State Aid Street and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, <br />including the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-six foot <br /> <br />wide designs. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on <br /> <br />the east <br /> <br />side of <br /> <br />Western Avenue <br /> <br />(M.S.A. No. 160-222-03) <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />County Road B-2 <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />County Road C <br /> <br />identified as Roseville Project No. 78-2 <br /> <br />be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolu- <br />tion to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />
