<br />Improvement SS-W-ST-P-78-29 shall be published as required by <br />law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on <br />the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that <br />the bids will be received by the City Uanager and Public Works <br />Director until o'clock .m. on , <br />1979, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City <br />Hall by the City Manager and City Public Works Director, will <br />then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council at <br />o'clock p.m. on , 1979, in the Council <br />Chambers and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and <br />filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, <br />certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager for ten <br />percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br />the fOllowing voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
