City of Roseville~ Minnesota~ was duly called, <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 9, 1979~ at <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The followi,ng members \oJere pre,sent: Hayor Demos ~ Council <br />Members Kehr, Curley~ Anderson and Franke~ <br />and the following \'/ere absent: None, <br />Member Anderson introduced the following Resolution and <br />movyd its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 680Q-A <br /> <br />,WHEREAS County Road> C-2 <br /> <br />from Snell ing Avenue <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />is a Municipal State Aid Street and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ such roadways must conform to established standards, <br />including the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-six foot <br />wide designs. <br />THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />north side of County Road C-2 <br /> <br />(t1.S.A. No. 160-216-:05) <br /> <br />from <br /> <br />Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />i denti fi ed as Rosevi 11 e Proj ect No. <br /> <br />78-29 <br /> <br />be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public ~lorks Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified cnpies of this resolu- <br />tion to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />
