<br />Improvement ST-78-l4 shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the <br />basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the <br />bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works <br />Director until 10:30 o'clock a.m. on May 2, 1979, at which time <br />they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by the City <br />Manager and City Public Works Director, will then be tabulated, <br />and will be considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on <br />May 14, 1979, in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be <br />considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and <br />accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond <br />payable to the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such <br />bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Al11 and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None 1 whereupon said resolu- <br /> <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
