<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day <br />of April, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6804 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />I~~ROVEMENT 76-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />July 11 <br /> <br />, 19~, the City Public Works Director <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement 76-20 and <br /> <br />has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />I1INNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- <br />tion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications.
