<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 9th day <br /> <br />of April, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 6805 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-79-8 <br /> <br />t~EREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville including Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Connelly <br /> <br />Addition east of Alta Vista Drive, by the installation of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer, watermain and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on March 28, 1979, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected <br />thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
